Find a tenant – speed-dating event is now back on.

Speed Dating

Our friends at local charity Brushstrokes had to postpone the landlord-tenant event that was due to take place in December. But it has now been re-scheduled.
As I posted about the last one:
“These are a chance for landlords and people who are looking for accommodation to meet, share viewpoints and get updates on various issues around housing. Although the events are not designed to specifically introduce tenants to landlords and find people new homes that’s how they have turned out for some. So we like to think of it as speed-dating. If you are a landlord and come along – you might find yourself your next tenant.”
The event will be:
5.00pm to 7.00 pm – 31st January at Brushstrokes, St Philips Parish Centre, Watt Street, Smethwick, B66 3DA. For more info, speak to Megan on 07464 497 416 or 0121 565 2234.

And I don’t know whether it’s a draw or not, but you’ll also get to meet your two blog editors, myself and Liz Mooney. Hope to see you there.
