I might be exaggerating the excitement a little bit, but this is still an important event.

Our next ONLINE landlord forum will be covering some very important and serious issues including:

  • The expected abolition of section 21 notices to end a tenancy. It is essential that all landlords are aware and understand the implications of this issue.
  • Landlord tax changes.
  • The extension of licensing for landlords in Sandwell. Again, this is extremely important and although it won’t affect all Sandwell landlords, all Sandwell landlords need to understand the coming changes.
  • Government changes on regulations around energy efficiency on all privately rent homes.

The forum will be online https://www.nrla.org.uk/events/meetings/4903 on Thursday, 24th March, 18:00 to 19:30.

If you would like to attend, please enrol well in advance for this event!  . Enrol by logging in either as an existing NRLA member or if you already have a guest account. If no account set up, select the bottom of three options “Sign up for free guest membership to enrol for meeting”  (Once you have done this and verified this account, to enrol in future events you can sign into your guest membership account using option 2 to enrol.)On enrolment you will receive an email in confirmation with weblink to join event on the day. If not received, ensure you check your spam/junk mailboxes before contacting the NRLA.

You will not be able to enrol and join the event once the meeting has started!  If you can’t make the live event, enrol anyway so that you can watch a recording which will be available a few days later.
